How to read this report

Status runtime is calculated from the equipment status history. Enable comparison is only available when enable history exists. Without enable history, the audit still calculates runtime and starts, but cannot confidently prove running-while-disabled or enabled-not-running behaviour.

Data quality highlights missing, stale, partial, or carried-forward history data. A result can be operationally interesting and still deserve caution because the trend data is a tragic little museum exhibit.
